Terminal Orders Tab Overview

How to view, filter, and track terminal orders from the ValPay portal, including order statuses and shipment tracking.

Overview

The Terminal Orders tab in the ValPay portal gives you a central place to view and track all payment terminal orders placed under your partner account. You can monitor order statuses, filter by partner or date range, and track shipments directly from this tab.

To access it, select Terminal Orders from the left navigation menu.

Summary Bar

At the top of the page, a summary bar shows a real-time snapshot of your orders:

  • Total Orders — Total number of orders placed.

  • Awaiting Shipment — Orders that have been confirmed but are not yet shipped (ready to fulfill).

  • In Transit — Orders currently with the carrier.

  • Delivered — Orders that have been successfully delivered.

  • Total Order Value — The combined value of all orders in the current view.

Filtering Orders

Use the Filters section to narrow down the order list. The following filters are available:

  • Search by Order ID — Enter a full or partial Order ID to locate a specific order.

  • Status — Filter by order status. Available options are: All, Ordered, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, and Cancelled.

  • Partner — Search and select a specific partner from the dropdown to view only their orders.

  • Date Range — Filter by order date. Quick options include Today, Yesterday, WTD (week to date), Last Week, MTD (month to date), Last Month, and Custom Range. Default is All Days.

To clear all active filters, click Reset Filters.

Order List

The order list displays the following columns for each order:

  • Order — The unique Order ID.

  • Partner — The partner associated with the order.

  • Store — The store name and ID the order is linked to.

  • Ordered (UTC) — The date the order was placed, in UTC.

  • Qty · Value — The number of devices ordered and the total order value.

  • Status — The current order status (e.g., Delivered, Cancelled).

  • Actions — Available actions depending on status. Delivered orders show a Track Shipment button. Cancelled orders show a View Details button.

You can adjust the number of rows displayed per page at the bottom of the list (default is 10).

Order Statuses

Each order moves through the following statuses:

  • Ordered — The order has been placed and is awaiting confirmation.

  • Confirmed — The order has been confirmed and is being prepared for shipment.

  • Shipped — The order is with the carrier and in transit.

  • Delivered — The order has been delivered to the shipping address.

  • Cancelled — The order was cancelled.

Viewing Order Details

Click on any order row to open the Terminal Order Details panel on the right. This panel includes:

  • Order ID, device count, order value, and order date — shown at the top.

  • Tracking — The UPS tracking number with a Track link that opens the carrier's tracking page.

  • Shipment timeline — A visual progress bar showing the stages: Ordered → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered, with dates for each completed stage.

  • Partner — The partner name, who placed the order, and the recipient.

  • Order Reference — The internal reference associated with the order.

  • Store — The store the order is assigned to.

  • Shipped Items — The terminal model, part number, quantity, and unit cost.

  • Shipping Address — The recipient's name, company, address, email, and phone number.

  • Billing — The partner billed and their billing address.

Tracking a Shipment

For orders with a status of Shipped or Delivered, you can track the shipment in two ways:

  1. Click the Track Shipment button in the Actions column of the order list.

  2. Open the order details panel and click the Track link next to the UPS tracking number.

Both options open the UPS tracking page for that shipment in a new tab.

Placing a New Order

To place a new terminal order, click the + New Order button in the top-right corner of the page.

If you don't see this button or need assistance placing an order, contact ValPay Support.
