Smoother Online Onboarding
Several fixes to the in-portal application: long ID-document filenames no longer break the page layout, uploading an ID document with too many pages now shows a clear message before you submit, and the "Complete Application" link in reminder emails now takes US and Canada merchants straight to the online application.
More Reliable Agreement Signing
When signing your merchant agreement, you now pick the signer from a list of your registered decision-makers so the name always matches your records. The system also makes sure the right signer and all required agreements are captured.
Contract Link Restored on Your Account Page
The button to review a pending contract or view your signed contract is back on the merchant account details page.
Clearer French Onboarding Email
In the French onboarding email, the backup link is now a clean, clickable link instead of a long raw web address.
Accurate Dispute Deadline in Emails
Chargeback and information-request notification emails now show the response deadline in your store's local date and time, matching what you see in the portal.
