Overview
The New Terminal Order flow walks you through four steps: Partner & Store, Select Terminals, Shipping, and Review & Place. You can navigate between steps using the Next Step and Back buttons at the bottom of each page.
Step 1: Partner & Store
From the Terminal Orders tab, click + New Order in the top-right corner.
Under Your Partner, search for the partner by name using the search bar, then select them from the list.
Once a partner is selected, the Store Location dropdown will activate. Select the store where the terminals will be boarded.
Click Next Step to continue.
⚠️ You must select a partner before the Store Location dropdown becomes available.
Step 2: Select Terminals
Browse the Available Terminals catalog. Each card shows the package name, what's included, connectivity, and price.
Use the Filters button in the top-right to narrow down the terminal list if needed.
Click + Add to Cart on the terminal package you want to order.
Once added, use the – and + buttons on the card to adjust the quantity.
Click Next Step to continue.
Step 3: Shipping
Enter the recipient's shipping details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Street Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Country.
You can use the Search address field at the top to auto-fill the address.
Click Next Step to continue.
Step 4: Review & Place
Review the full Order Summary, including the terminal package, quantity, and total cost.
Confirm the Partner and Assignment Store are correct. Click Edit next to any section to make changes.
Verify the Delivery Address.
When everything looks good, click Place Order.
Order Confirmation
Once the order is placed, you'll see a confirmation screen with:
Order Number — your unique Order ID.
Estimated Delivery — typically 3–5 days once shipped.
You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after placing the order. Click Return to Orders to go back to the Terminal Orders tab, where the new order will appear with a status of Ordered.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order that has just been placed and is still in Ordered status, click the Cancel Order button in the Actions column of the order list. Once an order moves to Confirmed or beyond, cancellation may no longer be available.
