We're excited to share the latest updates rolling out to the Valpay Portal on June 11th. Here's a breakdown of what's new:
🚀 What's New
Order & Track Payment Terminals in the Portal: You can now order payment terminals directly from the portal and track each order from placement through shipping and delivery. Browse the terminal catalog, review pricing, place an order with your shipping details, view all orders in one list, open individual orders for details, and cancel an order if needed. You'll also receive email updates as your order is placed, shipped, and delivered. Note: This feature is rolling out gradually and may not appear on every account right away.
Edit Store Details While Under Review: You can now update a store's details — including its discounting setup — while the store is still pending underwriting approval. Previously, these changes were locked until the review was complete. Store name, settlement time, and address can also be updated during this stage.
